Dar Us Salam combines the generosity of family members to support those facing difficulty. Our work is guided by compassion, Islamic teachings and a shared commitment to service.
Water wells and filtration projects form an important part of our community work. Our projects include three wells in Musali, Mannar, a well in Puttalam and a further water filtration project after the 2026 AGM.
Explore our clean water workWe help families meet the costs of learning and support practical steps towards a livelihood. The 2025 Zakath projects included educational expenses, a laptop and the purchase of a sewing machine.

Discover the Helping Hand projectOur mission includes helping family members through medical emergencies. Our wider community projects have included a washing machine for Ash-Shifaa in Rajagiriya, a generator for Janaza services in Mannar and Ramadan support for mosque communities.
